Hot air pressurized by blowers (around 120 degrees) is taken over the system and this heat can be used in various other systems in the facility. E.g; heating, personnel showers, CIP systems, etc.

Especially in disc and tube diffusers with EPDM membrane, the volatilization of the material in the membrane materials containing plasticizers occurs with the effect of temperature and the membrane loses its flexibility. As a result, diffusers burst and rupture with the arrival of compressed air. This causes them to give coarse bubble and the aeration system to completely break down. This result is inevitable in diffusers with EPDM membrane. This situation is eliminated in systems without blower cooling system, in silicone membrane diffusers that do not contain plasticizers that withstand 120 degrees.
