Reduce the Load of Your Treatment System!
Screens are physical treatment equipment that is located at the raw wastewater inlet of treatment plants and separates solids of various sizes from the system before they enter the treatment system. Screen systems are used to hold smaller solids, first coarse screen and then preferable perforated screen and fine screen. The correct and continuous operation of the screens is of great importance for treatment plants. Because while monitoring the wastewater treatment process, it is transferred between stations by means of pumps. By removing the solids from the system in the first stage of the treatment, the solids are prevented from clogging the pipes and the inlet and outlet openings of the stations, while at the same time the volumetric space loss that will be created by the solids is prevented.
