Dust and ammonia-containing substances are substances that need to be cleaned and purified from the waste air. In chimneys where waste gas is generated, it is possible to provide cleaning efficiency between 70 - 90% depending on the location. To achieve this goal efficiently and economically, filling materials are needed in local exhaust air cleaning systems that can be used in both counter and cross flow applications (eg tunnel ventilation). The filling materials we have developed offer solutions that comply with all requirements and have proven operating efficiency in hundreds of facilities.
For different plant requirements, we supply the ideal packaging material (biomedia). Whether it is chemical exhaust air cleaning in cross flow systems or biological exhaust air cleaning in reverse flow systems, in cooperation with our customers we are able to offer the most suitable packaging material for each system concept.
With our media solutions BIOdek IFAS, BIOdek Cross Fluted Fills, BIOdek Vertical Flow Fills, sheets with specially shaped surface areas are systems prepared for biofilm formation and biological treatment.
